WHO DO YOU DARE TO BE?

You’re not average.  You’re not here to play small.

And you definitely didn’t get where you are by asking what everyone else was doing.

But somewhere along the way, between responsibility, timelines, and “what people usually do”…even people like you start making smaller decisions.

Safer ones.

Until one day you look around and realize:

this space doesn’t match you anymore.

Not your taste.

Not your standards.

Not your life.

YOU CAN FEEL WHAT’S MISSING

It’s not that your kitchen failed you.

You just never knew what was possible.

While your neighbors are still pinning white shaker kitchens to Pinterest and calling it “timeless,” we call it a greatest hits album from 2005.

A decades old idea on repeat becomes a designs built to offend no one…and excite absolutely no one either.

That’s consensus. And consensus has never created anything remarkable.

With BauTeam cabinetry, we design for what’s next, not what’s typical.

Personalization. Precision. Innovation. Performance.

There’s a difference. You’ll notice it.

EFFORTLESS ISN’T ACCIDENTAL

Your kitchen shouldn’t ask you to work harder.

Imagine a kitchen where everything feels chosen by you.

Every drawer exactly where you’d expect it to be.
Every surface selected because it belongs to you…not a trend cycle.

Every detail engineered to remove friction you didn’t even realize you were tolerating.

Designed for YOU.

Unedited.

Uncompromised.

It’s time for you to start asking more from your kitchen.

Not the other way around.

PROJECT PORTFOLIO

WOODLAND CONTEMPORARY

Cabinetry Design + Purchase | Independent Homeowner

A creative couple who both work in the fashion and design industry engaged us to transform their small contemporary kitchen into a highly functional and stylish space, maximizing storage without compromising design.

Our Approach:

We focused on smart space planning and highly functional cabinetry solutions to improve the couple’s workflow and make a compact kitchen footprint live larger than its actual square footage. Every decision, from cabinetry layout and corner pull-outs that capture otherwise wasted space to hidden storage features, finishes, hardware, and lighting, was designed to enhance usability while reflecting the home’s contemporary, light-filled, forested setting.

MODERN MOUNTAIN ESCAPE

Cabinetry Design + Purchase | Homeowner with Interior Designer

A couple of creative professionals undertaking a full-home renovation under the leadership of their designer engaged us to provide cabinetry expertise across multiple spaces, including the kitchen, laundry room, family room, and three bathrooms—while working in close collaboration with their chosen designer and contractor.

Our Approach:

While the homeowners had already engaged a designer to guide the overall renovation, they relied on us to bring deep cabinetry knowledge, product guidance, smart storage, motorized cabinetry and integrated lighting expertise to the project. We collaborated with the homeowners, design team and contractor to refine layouts, solve technical challenges, and ensure that cabinetry across every space supported both the design vision and daily lifestyle needs.

REFLECTION HOUSE

HAUS COUTURE Full Service Interior Design | Independent Homeowner

A family engaged us for a full remodel of their forever home, seeking a space that balanced style, functionality, and long-term usability.

Our Approach:

This was a to-the-studs renovation, with the entire floor plan redesigned around the family’s lifestyle and daily workflow. We guided every design decision, from materials, hard surfaces, and cabinetry to windows, doors, skylights, hardware, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. Close collaboration with contractors and meticulous attention to detail ensured the renovation was seamless. Note: This project did not use Bauformat cabinetry.

WHY GERMAN CABINETRY?

Beauty backed by engineering

A luxury kitchen should be more than a beautiful façade.

That’s why we partner with Bauformat German cabinetry.

Known worldwide for precision manufacturing, exceptional durability, innovative storage solutions, and sustainable production practices, German cabinetry delivers a level of quality that homeowners experience every day.

The result is cabinetry designed to withstand decades of daily use while maintaining its beauty and functionality.

ICONIC HERITAGE

Modern kitchens started with Bauhaus,
when design stopped decorating without purpose and started thinking.

For over 100 years, Bauformat has carried that forward from the Frankfurt Kitchen to the way we live today.

Pushing. Refining. Reworking what a kitchen should be.

Not to chase trends.
To define them.

When design is grounded in innovation, it doesn’t go out of style.

It becomes the new standard everyone else tries to live up to.

EFFORTLESS PERFORMANCE

This is where everything changes.

Your kitchen stops asking things from you, and starts giving something back.

Lighting that responds to your voice and feels less like tech, and more like instinct.

A single touch, and powered motion systems respond at your command.

Hardware that glides quietly and effortlessly, like a sailboat slicing through water.

No friction. No resistance. Smooth.

This was never about the kitchen.

It’s about what happens in it…
the moments, the connection, the legacy you’re building inside it.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

There’s a reason German engineering has a reputation.

Over 100 years of refining, testing, improving…we have an an obsession with getting it exactly right.

What most cabinetry calls “quality” comes with a quiet expectation:
adjustment, maintenance, attention.

We don’t do that.

Everything is engineered to perform…flawlessly, repeatedly, for decades.

You feel it in the way it moves. The way it aligns.

And the best part?

Your kitchen never asks anything from you.  It just gives.
