Remodeling Project – Defining Consultation
Defining the Project is the first step of all Haus Couture Full-Service Design Projects.
Remodeling Project – Defining Consultation
$595
Ideal for homeowners considering a full-service interior design or remodeling project.
This 1.5-hour in-person consultation might be for you if you are a homeowner considering a kitchen or whole-house remodeling project, and have questions regarding your goals, vision, investment budget, the layout of the space, and would like feedback to start the process. We will discuss your project objectives, consider your investment levels, and diagnose the existing conditions.
We will synthesize all of the information, develop a detailed Scope of Work that we feel will give you the best results, and offer you a proposal for our involvement in that process. The Scope of Work document defines the project and clearly communicates the main design directives and the steps required to make your vision a reality. The Scope of Work also captures your ideas and puts them to writing so you and the participants in the project clearly understand your desires. You can use this written Scope of Work to fast-track the remodeling process with contractors or other tradespeople. Our proposal will also detail what our involvement in your project could be.
For locations outside of the Portland metropolitan area, there would be a reasonable travel charge.
